- Prepare fields for planting. Pick rocks and operate tractors to till the soil. Operate farming equipment in order to plant, spray, harvest and haul grain, oilseed and soybean crops. General farm upkeep duties such as servicing and repairing farming equipment, facility maintenance and shop work.
