Job Duties:

Workers will be required to perform manual labor to plant, cultivate and irrigate crops by hand. Workers will pick cotton and machanically prepare fields, plant and cultivate and harvest crops, store gran and clean grain bins. Workers will be required to operate equipment such as tractors, combines, trucks, grian bins, grain carts, disks, planters, cultivators, irrigation wells and cotton pickers. General labor will include irrigation, mowing grass and weed control, climbing ladders at grain carts, cleaning farm equipments and vehicles. Worekrs must be albe to lift 75lbs, climb 6'-50'ft laddres on grain bins, have 2 months experience and have the ability to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire. Workdays may include weekends depending on the weather and days available to get into the fields. Workers may receive a bonus at the descretion of the employer based upon performance, production and general work attitude and aptitude. Workers may be drug tested post-hire at no cost to the workers to ensure worker safety and to keep in compliance with workers compensation guidelines. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immedicate termination. Workers must follow all safety and work rules.
