Job Duties:

Farm Machinery Operation: Drive and operate farm machinery to cultivate, plant, harvest, and store grain crops. Attach and detach farm implements such as plows, discs, and drills to tractors. Set up, calibrate, and optimize equipment to perform operations as needed.Equipment Maintenance: Perform general lubrication and service checks (e.g., check fluids) on farm machinery. Conduct mechanical repairs to ensure machinery operates efficiently.Transportation: Transport produce, water, and supplies to fields, elevators, and/or storage locations. Per state regulations, no commercial CDL is required for farm trucking. No heavy truck driving that requires CDL is involved. An Operator License Class D is required; candidates will have 60 days to obtain this license.Manual Labor: Perform various manual labor tasks including upkeep and maintenance of farm facilities. Assist with general farm duties such as cleaning, organizing, and maintaining the farm environment, facilities, and animals. Farming with: Corn, Cotton

Special Requirements:

Minimum of 3 months of experience is required. Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire. Lift and carry items weighing up to 60 pounds. The worker will be exposed to extreme temperatures. Extensive pushing and pulling is required. Extensive sitting is required. Extensive walking is required. Frequent stooping is required. Repetitive movements is required. Workers must have positive verifiable experience relevant to the job and be capable of performing physically demanding tasks. Workers must be able to speak English. Employees must adhere to strict biosecurity, company policies, and food safety guidelines, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Certain roles may require a valid drivers license within 30 days of hire and a clean driving record for operating company vehicles. Exceptional performance may be rewarded with additional compensation or benefits at the employers discretion.
