- Job Duties:
- Workers will perform manual and mechanized agricultural tasks associated with the planting, cultivation, maintenance, and harvest of blueberries and blackberries. Duties include planting, pruning, training, weeding, irrigating, fertilizing, and cleaning fields and plants; harvesting berries by hand; counting and handling harvested produce; loading and unloading harvested berries and farm supplies; and performing general farm labor related to berry production. Workers will also sort, grade, pack, and prepare blueberries and blackberries grown by the employer in an on-farm packing shed, as an integral and incidental part of the harvest
