Job Duties:

Workers will be required to operate farm equipment to prepare fields for planting, work fields, and harvest soybeans, corn, rice and other grains, as well as drive semi-tractor trailer trucks and tractors to harvest crops on a grain farm. Farm sanitation duties and performing maintenacnce and minor repairs to farm vehicles and equipment will be required. General farm labor, such as shovel, drainage, cleaning shop, as well as any other general farm labor that may arise from the operation of a grain farm will be required. Drug tests may be performed post-hire at no cost tot he worker to ensure worker safety and keep in compliance with workers compensation guidelines. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination. Workers must abide all posted work and safety rules. Workers must be physically able to perform all duties described.
