Job Duties:
The Sprayer Operator will operate a 120 ft boom miller sprayer and other spraying, farming, power-washing and spreading equipment with up to date electronics. Operator must be able to follow instructions on accurate mix recipes and application rates. Job duties may include and are not limited to tasks such as applying products such as fertilizers, pesticides, growth inhibitors, etc. Workers must be able to drive a tractor, attach/detach implements, load, haul, mix and spread materials such as but not limited to fertilizer to condition the soil, dump-solutions and/or seeds into planters, spreaders and sprayer-type machinery. Operate self propelled machinery. Record and communicate information about crops and fertilizer rates and ratios in English. Set up, regulate, repair and maintain farm vehicles, implements, spraying and mechanical equipment. Work in hot and humid conditions. 3 years of spraying experience required. Increased hours when conditions for spraying are optimal. Must be able to lift and carry 75lbs for 75yds.
