- Job Duties:
- The nature of the job duties to be performed by the Laborer include the planting and harvesting of crops. In addition, the Laborer will apply fertilizer and various chemicals to the crops during their growth cycle. Laborer may be assigned ancillary tasks related to crop care as well as hauling crops to storage. Employer produces 100% of the crops that will be hauled. The hauling/truck driving activities are performed directly in connection with and as an integral part of the harvest and farming operations. The hauling/truck driving activities are not a separate job.
