- Job Duties:
- Operating self-propelled equipment that assists with reaping, harvesting, threshing, swathing, or winnowing crops such as corn, wheat, milo, hay, oats; performing manual or mechanical adjustments to equipment; performing safety checks on equipment; maintaining and repairing farm structures, equipment and other tools in the course of harvesting crops; driving truck or tractor with trailer or cart attached for transporting crops, equipment tools, or other materials to elevators, silos, storage areas, and from one field to another; attaching equipment using hand tools; weighing contains and recording weights; directing and monitoring workers during harvesting; cleaning work areas. While a CDL is not required for workers that operate or repair machinery, workers that drive truck to transport products from fields to storage and machines from field to field may possess a CDL. Worksite is controlled/operated by employer.

- One (1) month of recent and verifiable experience required for the job duties listed. Must be able to obtain appropriate drivers license following hire and obtain clean driving record. Be able to lift up to 75 lbs. Once hired, worker may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to the worker. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment.
