- Job Duties:
- Live crawfish are purchased. The crawfish are then put into trays, then they are cleaned and sorted with the dead crawfish being discarded. After the crawfish are healthy they are fed. After a few days the crawfish will then turn into a pre mold. When the crawfish shed, they are sized and packaged for delivery and sale.
