- Job Duties:
- Prepare bees and beekeeping equipment. Monitor beehives. Maintain and increase beehives. Work bees. Make splits. Load and unload beehives. Manage bee colonies for top honey production. Feed, medicate and requeen hives. Build and repair bee boxes and other beekeeping equipment. Harvest, extract and package honey. Sanitize plant. Service and clean equipment. Winterize all beekeeping facilities and equipment at the end of the season. The employer will provide one cellphone free of charge to the workers for use. Workers will always be with another employee with a phone during working time so they will have access at all times.
