Job Duties:
Job requires worker to complete tasks in: Planting, transplant, trim, prune, maintain, and hand harvest to quality standards vegetable and fruit crops; prepare fields/soil for planting; maintain equipment, fields, and farm property; install and remove row covers; general greenhouse tasks including cleaning, seeding, moving flats and watering; bale and load/unload straw; assemble bins/containers; load/unload crops; sort and move produce, pack produce to customer standards; maintain a clean packing area; drive and operate tractor, forklift, and other farm equipment to perform farm tasks; drive employer provided vehicle to and from the worksite and to other locations. Employer will provide instructions and training on specific job duties. Pay will be hourly Other duties assigned under this order will be consistent under Bureau of Labor Statistics Standard Occupational Classification: Farmworkers and Laborers, Crop, Nursery and Greenhouse Workers (45-2092)

Experience Requirement: 2 months of commercial vegetable and/or fruit hand harvest required. Applicants must furnish job references from employers within the last 3 years establishing acceptable prior experience. Job requires worker to complete tasks in planting, harvest and packing of broccoli, brussels sprouts, cauliflower, collard greens, corn varieties, eggplant, gourds, green beans, honey rock cantaloupe, honeydew, kale, oats, peppers, pickles, pumpkins, soybeans, squash, tomatoes, watermelon, wheat, zucchini, leeks, and rhubarb. Employer will provide instructions and training on specific job duties.
