Job Duties:

We need seasonal employees to assist with our crop production season of wheat, beans and sugarbeets. Employees will need to assist with all aspects of growing these crops. Sugarbeet production planting happens the last week of April and many people are necessary to plant and harvest sugarbeets in October after which employees will clean and put away equipment in early November. Job duties will include: prepare fields for planting, attach farm implements such as plows, discs, sprayers, or harvesters to tractors, using bolts and hand tools, operate tractors, seed drills, operate other farm equipment, inspect, adjust, and complete routine maintenance and repairs on equipment. Employees will need to assist in cleaning up equipment after harvest season is completed and complete routine repairs and maintenance. The employer, at its sole discretion, may grant pay increases based on factors such as performance, longevity, and/or experience. Employer may also, at its sole discretion, offer performance-based incentive bonuses that are not guaranteed and are determined by the employer. Workers returning for a consecutive season will be paid at the previous season's rate if that rate exceeds the current published rate.
