- Job Duties:
- Plant, weed, water, fertilize and harvest beets. Prepare field preparation, including tiling and fertilizing soil. Maintain beet crops by apply pest control measures and monitoring growth. Plant, manage crop or harvest spring wheat. Operate tractors and drive trucks for fieldwork and crop transport. Assist with general farm maintenance as needed. Workers may perform welding, light mechanic work, or grounds maintenance if needed. Farmer may pay additional hourly pay and/or bonus based on job performance and years of experience.
