Job Duties:

Workers will operate tractors and other heavy equipment to plant, cultivate and harvest corn and alfalfa crops. Workers spread manure manually and with equipment, will operate heavy tractors to haul manure, hand pick stones from field, clean and maintain equipment and facilities. Workers will aid in the proper storage of harvested crops, till and prep soil for the next year. Workers must have 3 months of verifiable experience in the operation of a 600 hp tractor or greater in corn farming. Drug screening may be conducted in the event of an accident or incident at the employer’s expense, and failure or refusal to submit to a required drug test may result in immediate termination.
