- Job Duties:
- Worker will be required to perform a variety of duties found in SOC Code 45-2092 Farmworkers and Laborers, Crop, Nursery, and Greenhouse such as: Participate in the inspection, grading, sorting, storage, and post-harvest treatment of crops; Repair and maintain farm vehicles, implements, and mechanical equipment; Operate tractors, tractor-drawn machinery, and self-propelled machinery to fertilize and harvest crops such as hay; Load inputs and drive trucks to transport to employer’s fields, load employer’s crops and drive trucks to transport to fields and storage facilities such as bins, silos, piles in close proximity to the farm; Clean work areas and maintain grounds and landscaping; Operate equipment such as Polaris Ranger, skid steer, tractor with bush hog to clean fence rows, maintain pastures, and check fences; Repair, maintain, fashion farm structures such as fences, corrals, and water crossings; Attach implements using hand tools. Must speak and understand English.

- Be able to work in extreme conditions such as heat, humidity, wind, cold. Lift and carry supplies. Follow instructions. Once hired, worker may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to the worker. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment. Must be able to obtain appropriate drivers license within 30 days following hire and obtain clean driving record to be able to operate company vehicle. Lift up to 75 lbs.
