Job Duties:

Workers will perform a combination of the following duties associated with cattle ranch work; attend to livestock, feed and water livestock, herd livestock to pasture for grazing, examine animals to detect diseases and injuries, assist with vaccination of livestock, apply medication to cuts and bruises, spray livestock with insecticide. May also clean rooms, change bedding. Maintain grounds and landscaping. Assist with castration of livestock, general care, feeding and branding or livestock, and any repairs to the livestock living area. Need to be able to recognize sickness, calving problems, etc. Livestock produced includes cattle and horses. Approximate staggered entry: 1 worker to begin April 5 and 2 workers to begin July 1.

Special Requirements:

Two (2) months of recent and verifiable experience required for the job duties listed. Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Once hired, worker may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to the worker. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment.
