Job Duties:

Operating large farm equipment and machinery equipped with GPS such as tractor, combine, sprayer for cultivating, tilling, fertilizing, planting, moving, storing, harvesting grain and oilseed crops such as rice, corn, soybeans; load inputs and drive trucks to transport to fields, load crops and drive trucks to transport to fields and storage facilities such as elevators, bins, silos, piles/bags; manual labor such as walking fields pulling off-type weeds, shoveling in fields; assisting with the operation and maintenance of irrigation systems, polypipe & center pivot, for watering crops; load and unload from grain bins; driving farm vehicle; minor daily and incidental upkeep to equipment and worksite. Must speak and understand English.

Special Requirements:

Two (2) months of recent and verifiable experience required for the job duties listed. Must be able to obtain appropriate drivers license following hire and obtain clean driving record. Be able to lift up to 75 lbs. Once hired, worker may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to the worker. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment.
