Job Duties:

Duties may include: Workers will perform any of the following duties: prepare soil for sod installation in lawns, (dig, rake and level soil and install sod) shrubs, trees, dirt, mulch and rock at jobsite. Operate equipment used in forming at the sod fields, loading trucks, delivering and installation of the sod (skidsters, forklifts, tractors and trucks) Field work that involves cutting/mowing and established grass. The vehicles workers may drive are less than 26,001 GVW, any deliveries would be within Anoka or Washington counties and no more than 25 miles from headquarters Thirty-minute meal break offered. Maintain farm equipment and farm buildings and properties, cut & load sod onto trucks and trailers and drive truck to deliver products to customers and/or installation sites & other related Ag Equipment Operator activities as per SOC/OES 45-2091 (onetonline.org). Must be 18 years of age. Worker has 3 days from date of hire to show proof of legal authorization to work in the United States. Drug/alcohol/tobacco free work zone. Static strength; exert max muscle force to lift, push, pull, unload, carry objects up to 50lbs; may climb, walk, stand, reach, balance, sit, stoop, bend, squat, wash, clean: equip, grounds, area. All applicants must be able, willing and qualified to perform work described and must be available for the entire period specified and work throughout all areas of intended employment. Variable weather conditions may apply. Bonus potential based on work performance at the sole discretion of the employer.
