Job Duties:
Perform Duties such as driving and operating tractors for planting and harvesting crops and grains such as alfalfa, oats, and corn; Workers will drive tractors and operate designated equipment to cut/ rake/bale forage for the animals; Load crops/hay and drive trucks to transport to and from fields and/or storage locations or facilities; Feed cow /calf pairs, vaccinate livestock, brand calves, and move cow/calf pairs to the pastures for the summer months; A weekly route will be done to check each pasture and deliver mineral and feed supplements; Maintenance will need to be done on all equipment, buildings, structures, and grounds; Must be able to work independently after given instructions and be able to tolerate heat conditions; The existing fence will need to be fixed and gates and corrals will need to be maintained; Must be able to operate computerized feeder wagons with weight scales and monitors for feeding cattle; Must speak and understand English.

Special Requirements:
Three (3) months recent and verifiable experience required for the job duties listed. Must be able to obtain appropriate drivers license following hire and obtain clean driving record. Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Once hired, worker may be required to take a drug test at no cost to the worker and be subject to the employers drug free and alcohol free workplace policy including testing protocols. Testing positive for an illegal/controlled substance or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment.
