Job Duties:

Farm 3,500 acres of cotton, corn, milo, and wheat. I have several irrigation pivots, as well as irrigation wells. I plant, spray, irrigate, and harvest my own crop. Employees will operate a farm tractor trailer related to logistics of grain and agriculture inputs, and sprayers and tender trucks. Employees will assist with tillage, nutrient application and harvesting. Employees will assist with all aspects of growing these crops, and complete general farm duties as assigned. Employees will need to complete routine repairs and maintenance on equipment. Per state regulations, employer is exempt from a commercial CDL requirement for farm trucking. No commercial trucking is required. Employer may provide pay increases for performance and experience at employer’s discretion. Employer may provide performance bonuses at the end of the contract at the employer’s discretion.
