- Job Duties:
- 1. Work in packing house, sorting onions and chiles, labeling packages, and constructing packaging materials. Assist in maintaining supplies, packing materials and product inventories. Order supplies as needed. Keep work areas and equipment clean. Help wash and repair bins. 2. Work in the field weeding and harvesting chiles. Collect paperwork, harvest piecework data and record. Update records manually or on computer (be computer literate in Pick Trace, QuickBooks, WORD, EXCEL, and emails. 3. As needed transport other employees to work locations in company vehicles. 3. Assist Supervisor with group messaging for staff. Communicate with other departments as needed. The employee will be provided a company cell phone to handle employee group messaging using Messenger and What’s App.
