- Job Duties:
- Prepare fields for planting. Manually plant, cultivate, and harvest vegetables crops. Use hand tools such as shovels, trowels, hoes, tampers, pruning hooks, shears and knives. Feed and harvest fish. Fix fencing. Spray for weeds and mow grass. Assist in the raising of yearling beef cows. Move cows to and from seasonal pastures. General farm upkeep duties such as facility maintenance and cleaning tools and equipment.
