- Job Duties:
- From March-June, assist with calving. Monitor pregnant cows for calving difficulties and assist with births. Provide immediate post-natal care. From June to August, cut, dry, bale, and store hay; fix fences; work calves by tagging, vaccinating, deworming, providing fall shots; from August to November 15, put up windbreaks. Hours vary depending on calving schedule and farm needs.
