Job Duties:

Job duties include wash, maintain, and repair farm and hauling equipment. Upon hire, random drug screening (paid for by employer); 3 months experience required in similar occupation. Must be able to lift/carry sufficient weight (at least 50 pounds) to move equipment and material necessary to complete assigned tasks.  The Employer will rely on workers own representations and observations of workers to assess if the workers meet this qualification. Exposure to extreme temperatures; repetitive movements; extensive stooping. Base hours offered is 40 hours offered; overtime hours are usually offered during plentiful season and may include an additional 10-40 hours of overtime work depending on the nature of the season. Performance bonus may be offered at the end of the season based on profitability of season. Worker may make more than the published hourly wage, depending on experience and at the sole discretion of employer.
