Job Duties:

We need seasonal employees to assist with our corn, bean, soybean, and sunflower crop production season. Employees will be responsible for completing all assigned duties related to planting, cultivating, maintaining, and harvesting these crops. Job duties include preparing fields for planting; attaching farm implements such as plows, discs, sprayers, and harvesters to tractors using bolts and hand tools; operating tractors, planters, sprayers, seed drills, manure spreaders, combines, irrigation systems, and other farm machinery; engaging in planting, weeding, spraying, cultivating, fertilizing, and harvesting activities; applying fertilizer and pesticide solutions to control insects, weeds, fungus, and disease; loading and unloading crops and materials manually or using conveyors, forklifts, transfer augers, and hand trucks; loading hoppers, containers, and conveyors; manipulating controls to set, activate, and adjust machinery; observing equipment operation to detect malfunctions; driving farm semi-trucks to haul crops, supplies, and tools; inspecting, adjusting, and performing routine maintenance and repairs on equipment; recording agricultural data as required; and performing other general farm duties as assigned. The employer, at its sole discretion, may grant pay increases based on factors such as performance, longevity, and/or experience. Employer may also, at its sole discretion, offer performance-based incentive bonuses that are not guaranteed and are determined by the employer
