Job Duties:

HN Harvesting, based out of Chinook, MT is in search of motivated individuals capable of performing daily operation duties on heavy machinery. The willingness to learn new things; operate and maintain heavy machinery; The ability to work and operate on harvest hours. Our business operates 6 machines and multiple support vehicles across the United States Harvesting crops such as Lentils, Peas, Soybeans, Corn, Flax, Canola, Winter and spring wheat, living through bunk houses and campers supplied with all amenities. The employer, at its sole discretion, may grant pay increases based on factors such as performance, longevity, and/or experience. Employer may also, at its sole discretion, offer performance-based incentive bonuses that are not guaranteed and are determined by the employer. Workers returning for a consecutive season will be paid at the previous season’s rate if that rate exceeds the current published rate. Job requires extensive sitting.
