- Job Duties:
- Operates self-propelled custom harvesting machines to harvest a variety of grain crops. Adjusts speed cutter, blowers and conveyors and height of cutting head, using hand tools. Changes cutting head as appropriate for crop. Do general farm duties, field tillage and pump and haul manure to spread on fields as directed. Services machinery and makes in field repairs. No truck driving will be required. Employer may also, at its sole discretion, offer performance-based incentive bonuses that are not guaranteed and are determined by the employer. Workers returning for a consecutive season will be paid at the previous season's rate if that rate exceeds the current published rate.
