Job Duties:
Workers will perform seasonal, field-based agricultural labor in support of a grain farming operation engaged in the production of row crops, including wheat, corn, and soybeans. Duties include assisting with planting, cultivation, crop treatment, and harvesting activities that occur during peak agricultural seasons. Workers will operate standard farm equipment used in planting and harvesting, including tractors, trucks, and agricultural implements, and will be responsible for the safe and proper use of such equipment during daily operations. Job duties also include transporting seed, fertilizer, crop inputs, water, and harvested grain between fields, on-farm storage locations, and local grain elevators. Workers will perform general farm labor tasks directly related to crop production, including monitoring field conditions, supporting harvest logistics, and maintaining orderly work areas. Tasks are performed outdoors in varying weather conditions and require physical labor consistent with grain farming operations. All duties are temporary and seasonal in nature and are performed solely in support of agricultural crop production during defined portions of the growing and harvest cycle. Employees will be provided with adequate breaks, including meal and rest periods, consistent with applicable Federal, State, and local law, during the course of each workday.

Special Requirements:
Minimum of 3 months experience is required. Lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds. The worker will be exposed to extreme temperatures. Wage rate may increase with verifiable experience. Employer may reward exceptional work with monetary or other benefits in addition to those listed here in his sole discretion. Operator License Class D Candidate will have 60 days to obtain. Skill Level II Experienced LevelPursuant to the Interim Final Rule (IFR) implementing the new four-level wage system for H-2A occupations, the employer designates this position as Skill Level II Experienced Level, indicating that the job requires prior related experience, independent judgment in performing recurring tasks, and the ability to work with limited supervision. The employer reserves the right to withhold the applicable housing deduction as permitted under program regulations, when approved and disclosed in the job order.
