- Monday-Saturday, Average 55 hrs/wk. Employer may request, but not require, workers to work more than the stated daily hours and/or on a workers Sabbath or federal holidays. Daily or weekly work schedule may vary due to weather, sunlight, temperature or crop conditions. Random and post accident drug testing. All drug testing is performed without regard to an employee's citizenship or immigration status, and all testing is paid for by the company. 1 month experience required operating harvesting equipment. 2 hour training required operating/driving equipment around farm.
