- Job Duties:
- Job requires basic farm worker to help transplant produce, install plastic mulch, weed fields, keep farm clean to be in compliance with food safety regulation. Manually harvest some produce that sells in road side fruit stand, such as peppers, squash, okra, and other specialty produce . Fixing leaks on drip tape in irrigation system. Setting snars and checking fences for animal control. Feeding livestock and checking water on livestock. not so much equipment operator more manual work on the farm. Workers need to be clean since we are handling perishable food, keeping sheds clean from trash, weeds. Also workers need to be able to work in summer heat, and stoop over picking up trash or weeds.
