- Job Duties:
- FARM LABORER: Worker will be required to complete the following activities as directed by supervisor: grape hand harvest; vineyard general maintenance and clean-up; vine layering; vineyard planting and establishing; vine re-planting and transplanting; canopy, netting, and fencing maintenance; trellis and wire maintenance and installation; disbudding; pruning and hedging; vine shoot maintenance; hand hedging; weeding; grounds general maintenance; irrigation installation and maintenance; farm equipment operation including: RTV, tractor, loader, mower and weed-eater; drive Employer-provided vehicle to other locations within 30 miles as directed. Pay will be hourly. Other duties assigned under this order will be consistent under Bureau of Labor Statistics Standard Occupational Classification: Farmworkers and Laborers, Crop, Nursery and Greenhouse Workers (45-2092)

- Experience Requirement: 2 month(s) verifiable experience in commercial agriculture experience in fruit required. required. Applicants must furnish job references from employers of the last 3 years establishing acceptable prior experience. Job requires worker to complete tasks in Vineyards. Employer will provide instructions and training on specific job duties. Minimum Productivity/Performance Standards: During harvest, worker must work at a pace consistent with amount, quality, and efficiency of 0.75 tons of clean (no leaves, no damaged or rotted clusters) hand harvested grapes per day.
