Job Duties:

Duties will include, but are not limited to the following tasks in association with the production of cotton and wheat crops. Workers will operate tractors to plow, plant and harvest crops. Operate skids steers and forklifts to move dirt and supplies/bins of harvested product/equipment etc. Participate in manual field work by hoeing, removing rocks and debris, inspecting and repairing buildings and equipment, some shop work with fabrication and cleanup as needed. Workers will handle and mix pesticides and or fungicides. Workers will need to have a valid drivers license and 3 months of verifiable experience pulling small to large trailers.
