Job Duties:
Harvest vegetable crops; crop/field maintenance; planting; weeding with long handle hoe. Placement and removal of wood stakes, string and plastic required for growing crops. Weeding (with a long handle hoe) and maintenance of Peppers (various varieties) and Eggplant. Harvest vegetable crops: Jalapeno Peppers, Bell Peppers and mini Peppers. Packing vegetable crops: Jalapeno Peppers, Bell Peppers, mini Peppers, and Eggplant. All packing is done at the worksites (on the farm). May be offered to drive harvesting belt, tractor and or Fork lift.

Special Requirements:
We require three months of recent and verifiable experience within the past two years for the job duties listed. This position requires a minimum of three months for the employee to get a full understanding of the job and responsibilities. Must be able to understand work & safety instructions in English or Spanish, the languages spoken and written in the workplace. Variable weather conditions. All work must be performed in a manner that exhibits Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) and the utmost food safety at all times.
