- Job Duties:
- Workers will prepare soil by cultivating and use a variety of instruments and machines. Workers will irrigate crops, pick crops by either hand or knife, place in buckets and transfer to wash, grade, and box. Workers will then transfer crops to refrigeration. Workers will operate farm equipment, tractors, pallet jacks and trucks to transport produce from fields to packing sheds, No smoking or alcohol permitted at job site or housing facility. Worker must be able to lift 50 lbs.
