- Job Duties:
- Workers will prepare the ground and equipment for planting, maintain and repair equipment to include oil and filter changes, washing, lubricating, and other basic maintenance. Workers will clean, maintain, and make basic repairs to buildings, maintain farm grounds by mowing, weed whacking, blowing and picking up debris. Workers will utilize farm equipment and trucks to harvest and transport silage, corn, wheat and soy to grain bins. Worker will assist vaccinating, medicating, checking on the wellbeing of livestock, and make repairs to enclosures and pens. May occasionally feed livestock. Workers will be required to possess a drivers license, and must have 3 months of experience operating 95-410 HP tractors (for the safety of the livestock). Workers may work 75-80 hours during peak weeks. Drugs screens are performed at the expense of the employer, upon accident, incident, or suspicion. Failure or refusal of a drug screen are grounds for immediate termination. Alcohol is not permitted on the grounds or at the worker housing.

Use of electronic devices during work hours is restricted to emergencies only.
