- Job Duties:
- Duties may include: Operate or tend equipment used in agricultural production, such as tractors, combines, and irrigation equipment to harvest grass seed, straw, blueberries clover, and hazelnuts. Irrigation duties may include moving irrigation guns to various farms and repairing drip lines. Orchard maintenance tasks can include activities such as dragging, flailing. Weed control activities like spot spraying or backpack spraying. Pest management activities like baiting for mice and gophers. Pruning in orchards with tools including chainsaws. Drive trucks to haul crops, supplies, or tools. Clean work areas, and maintain grounds and landscaping & other related Agriculture Equipment Operator activities as per SOC/OES 45-2091 (onetonline.org). Possible weekend/holiday work.

- Worker has 3 days from date of hire to show proof of legal authorization to work in the United States. Drug/alcohol/tobacco free work zone. Static strength; exert max muscle force to lift, push, pull, unload, carry objects up to 75lbs (possible 2-person); may climb, walk, stand, reach, balance, sit, stoop, bend, squat, wash, clean: equip, grounds, area. All applicants must be able, willing and qualified to perform work described and must be available for the entire period specified. Variable weather conditions may apply. Bonus potential based on work performance at the sole discretion of the employer. Employees are expected to keep employer-provided vehicles clean and free of trash. Workers may not post or remove notices, signs, or other instructions from the employers bulletin boards or the employers property without specific authorization from the employer.
