- Job Duties:
- Performs duties like: Drive and operate farm machinery to plant, harvest and store grain crops. Attach farm implements, such as disc and drill to tractor. Tow harvesting equipment. Drive and operate self-propelled combine. Drive grain trucks to transport crops to elevator or storage area. Maintain and repair Irrigation equipment. Equipment: Tractor, Combine, Grain Trucks Crops: Alfalfa, Corn, Rye, Small Grain, and Soybeans. Any tasks derived from a Standard Occupational Classification (SOC) other than the SOC designated in this job order are strictly incidental in nature, performed only on an occasional basis, and constitute less than the majority of the contractual period, and shall not be construed as reflective of the primary occupation for which certification is sought.

- Special Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 months of experience is required. Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire. Lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds. The worker will be exposed to extreme temperatures. Extensive pushing and pulling is required. Extensive walking is required. Frequent stooping is required. Workers must have positive verifiable experience relevant to the job and be capable of performing physically demanding tasks. Workers must be able to speak English. Employees must adhere to strict biosecurity, company policies, and food safety guidelines, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Certain roles may require a valid drivers license within 30 days of hire and a clean driving record for operating company vehicles. Exceptional performance may be rewarded with additional compensation or benefits at the employers discretion.
