Job Duties:

We operate a crop production farm where we plant and harvest wheat, corn, milo, and soybeans. We need a seasonal employee to operate tractors, combines, planter, sprayer, and other farm equipment to plant and harvest crops. We only need seasonal help until the end of October; during the winter months, family members can handle the workload and no additional seasonal labor is needed. Employee must have mechanical skills and be able to operate vehicles on public roads. The employer, at its sole discretion, grant pay increases based on factors such as performance, longevity, and/or experience. Workers returning for a consecutive season will be paid at the previous season’s rate if that rate exceeds the current published rate.

Special Requirements:

Employee must have a drivers license or be able to obtain one within 30 days of hire. Employer will conduct post-hire criminal background checks at no cost to the employee and will not employ anyone with a felony/theft/sex offender criminal background as required by the workplace safety policy and company hiring practices as allowed by law. Require 3 months experience and a high school diploma or GED.
