- Perform various tasks related to the harvesting, sorting, and packing of fresh produce including watermelon, cantelope and vegetables, such as picking ripe crops from fields, weed control, removing damaged produce, sorting items by size and quality, and placing them into containers for transport, while adhering to all safety and quality standards in a fast-paced outdoor environment. Duties may vary depending on crop, weather, and field conditions.
