Job Duties:

Worker will need to be able to lift 100 pounds. Be able to operate heavy equipment Tractors, loaders, sprayers, excavators, skid steers, and combines. Be able to operate Greenstar Guidance system on tractors. Have a knowledge base of farming, how to harrow, plant, mix chemicals, and run irrigation equipment. Be able to run large self-propelled sprayers with 120-foot booms. Have a mechanical knowledge of heavy equipment and be able to mechanic on the equipment if it breaks down. Be able to communicate well with other workers. Be able to pass a drug screen. Have a valid driver's license. Must speak and understand English.

Special Requirements:

Three (3) months recent and verifiable experience required for the job duties listed. Must be able to obtain appropriate drivers license following hire and obtain clean driving record. Be able to lift up to 100 lbs. Once hired, worker may be required to take a drug test at no cost to the worker and be subject to the employers drug free and alcohol free workplace policy including testing protocols. Testing positive for an illegal/controlled substance or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment.
