- Job Duties:
- The objective is to work on preparing land for planting different crops, performing daily plantation tasks, harvesting the different crops, cleaning, grading, sorting, packing, and loading harvested products. Population management, tilling soil, pruning, transplanting, weeding, thinning and sowing coordinate orientation. Chop down plants to improve population, density and distribution. Application of fertilizers on crops. Use hand tools, such as shovels, trowels, hoes, tampers, pruning hooks, shears, and knives. New crops plantings. Controlling abroad spectrum of weeds. May construct trellises, repair fences and farm buildings, or participate in irrigation activities.
