Perform duties on a farm for a farm like: Attach implements to tractor; Drive and operate Farm Machinery; Lubricate equipment; Maintain equipment; Operate towed equipment to spread manure; Spread manure; Use Skid-steer loader; Use front end loader; Apply fertilizers to crops; Clean and Maintain grounds/facilities; Incidental Maintenance; Incidental equipment cleaning; Incidental repainting; Changing oil as needed.

Special Requirements:
Minimum of 3 months of experience is required. Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire. Lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds. The worker will be exposed to extreme temperatures. Extensive sitting is required. Workers must have positive verifiable experience relevant to the job and be capable of performing physically demanding tasks. Workers must be able to speak English. Employees must adhere to strict biosecurity, company policies, and food safety guidelines, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Certain roles may require a valid drivers license within 30 days of hire and a clean driving record for operating company vehicles. Exceptional performance may be rewarded with additional compensation or benefits at the employers discretion.
