Job Duties:

Workers will perform agricultural labor including, but not limited to hand harvesting corn and watermelons, picking, cutting, grading, sorting, and field packing produce. Along with planting, transporting, and pruning crops, weeding and field sanitation. Workers will load and unload produce in the field and at staging areas, assisting with irrigation set-up and maintenance, field clean-up and end of row duties. General farm labor incidental to crop production. Work will be performed outdoors under varying weather conditions, including extreme heat and direct sunlight. Workers must be able to stand, walk, stoop, bend, kneel, reach, and perform repetitive movements for extended periods. Workers must be able to lift and carry up to 60 pounds. Workers must have at least thirty (30) days of verifiable experience performing agricultural harvesting work.
