MOW, RAKE, BALE AND MOVE HAY AND ALFALFA. FERTILIZE AND HERBICIDE PASTURES. CHECK, MONITOR AND CONTAIN ALL LIVESTOCK DURING GROWING SEASON. REPAIR EQUIPMENT, CORRALS,FENCES AND BUILDINGS FOR THE UPCOMING WINTER MONTHS. 70% CATTEL, HAY AND FARMING DUTIES, 30% MAINTENANCE DUTIES.
