Job Duties:

Assisting with edible bean harvest by emptying trucks, monitoring all dumping operations; assisting with the operation of the grain dryer for getting crops to correct moisture content, take samples of loads; monitoring and ensuring that no classes/varieties get mixed; empty dirt bins and clean the inside before refiling; helping in general harvest operations; workers must know basic operation of forklifts to clean up worksite; daily repairs and maintenance to harvesting equipment and machinery. Approximate staggered entry; 2 workers to begin May 3, 4 workers to begin July 1, and 3 workers to begin Aug 1.

Special Requirements:

Two (2) months of recent and verifiable experience required for the job duties listed. Be able to lift up to 75 lbs. Once hired, worker may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to the worker. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment.
