- Job Duties:
- Workers will be required to work on a hay/cattle farm, mowing, bailing, spraying, spreading fertilizer on hay fields. Workers will also be required to help tend cattle, possible repair fences, minor repair and maintenance to farm vehicles and equipment, as well as keeping the the barns, shop areas and housing yards clean and free of debris. All farm labor duties that may be required on a hay/cattle farm will be job duties. Workers may be drug tested, post-hire at no cost to the workers to ensure worker safety and keep in compliance with workers compensation guidelines. All farm and safety rules must be followed. Workers must be physically able to perform all duties described.
