- Job Duties:
- We need seasonal workers to assist with operating farming equipment including tractors, wheel loaders, and skid loader to assist with corn and hay silage chopping/harvesting. Employees will assist with field preparation including manure spreading. Employees will complete general farm duties as assigned. Employees will perform daily general maintenance and repairs on equipment. The employer, at its sole discretion, grant pay increases based on factors such as performance, longevity, and/or experience.
