- Job Duties:
- Workers will perform manual labor to plant, cultivate, and harvest tomatoes. Duties include harvesting tomatoes by hand, placing harvested tomatoes into containers, and assisting with counting, handling, loading, and unloading harvested crops. Workers will perform field maintenance including removing plastic mulch, staking plants, tying and stringing tomato plants, raking rows, and maintaining clean and organized field areas. Workers may perform additional general farm labor including loading and unloading agricultural materials, cleaning work areas, and assisting with general farm upkeep. All work will be performed outdoors under varying weather conditions. Workers must be able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and perform repetitive movements for extended periods of time. Workers must be able to lift and carry up to 52 pounds. Los trabajadores realizarán labores agrícolas manuales relacionadas con la siembra, cultivo y cosecha de tomates.
