- Job Duties:
- Planting & Cultivation: Sowing seeds, planting seedlings, pruning, weeding, and applying fertilizers or pesticides to ensure healthy crop growth. Harvesting: Helping maintain equipment, operating grain cart or grain bagger or semi. Equipment Operation: Operating and performing minor repairs on tractors, combines, balers, and irrigation systems. Maintenance: Repairing farm buildings, fences, and irrigation ditches. Inside shop or outside labor to be expected. Farming with: Canola, Corn, Soy Beans, Spring Wheat Any tasks derived from a Standard Occupational Classification (SOC) other than the SOC designated in this job order are strictly incidental in nature, performed only on an occasional basis, and constitute less than the majority of the contractual period, and shall not be construed as reflective of the primary occupation for which certification is sought.

- Minimum of 3 months of experience is required. Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire. Lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds. Extensive walking is required. Repetitive movements is required. Workers must have positive verifiable experience relevant to the job and be capable of performing physically demanding tasks. Workers must be able to speak English. Employees must adhere to strict biosecurity, company policies, and food safety guidelines, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Certain roles may require a valid drivers license within 30 days of hire and a clean driving record for operating company vehicles. Exceptional performance may be rewarded with additional compensation or benefits at the employers discretion.
