Job Duties:

Workers will perform manual agricultural labor related to the planting, cultivation, and harvesting of tomatoes. Duties include harvesting tomatoes by hand, counting and handling harvested produce, and loading and unloading tomatoes in the field as directed by the employer. Workers will perform routine field tasks including removing plastic mulch, staking and tying plants, stringing rows, raking, and maintaining clean and organized work areas around the farm and buildings. Workers may also assist with general farm labor such as field maintenance, camp sanitation, and handling agricultural materials. All duties are routine in nature and performed under the direct supervision of the employer. Work will be performed outdoors under varying weather conditions including heat and humidity. Workers must be able to perform physically demanding tasks including standing, walking, bending, stooping, and lifting up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
